Agreement to Our Legal Terms

We are Dusoft doing business as Teamora ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), operating the website https://www.teamora.ai (the "Site"), as well as our multi-agent AI automation platform and related services (collectively, the "Services").

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Teamora, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.

1. Our Services

Teamora provides a no-code multi-agent AI platform that allows users to:

  • Create teams of AI agents for workflow automation
  • Access templates for common business processes
  • Connect to various tools and integrations via third-party providers
  • Use a credit-based system for AI operations and workflow executions

The Services are provided on a subscription basis with different plan tiers as described in these Terms.

2. User Registration and Accounts

You may be required to register for an account to use the Services. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the accuracy of your account information
  • Keep your password confidential and secure
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Available Plans:

  • Free Plan: Limited credits per month
  • Starter Plan: $29/month with standard features
  • Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing with unlimited features

Credit System:

  • Credits are used for AI agent interactions, workflow executions, and integration usage
  • Credits expire monthly and do not roll over to the next billing period
  • Additional credits may be purchased separately
  • We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing and allocation with 30 days notice for material changes

Payment Terms:

  • All fees are in US dollars and charged monthly in advance
  • Payment is due immediately upon subscription or renewal
  • We accept major credit cards via Stripe payment processing
  • All purchases are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • EU Consumer Rights: If you are an EU consumer, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Create or distribute harmful, illegal, or malicious content
  • Use AI agents for spam, bulk messaging, or unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit our platform
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
  • Use the Services to compete with or harm our business
  • Violate the terms of service of any third-party integrations
  • Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Create workflows that could cause harm to individuals or organizations

5. AI-Generated Content and Limitations

IMPORTANT AI DISCLAIMERS - READ CAREFULLY:

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for your purposes
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and verifying all AI outputs before use
  • WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT AI ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR SUITABILITY FOR ANY PURPOSE
  • You are responsible for ensuring AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • AI agents may produce unexpected, unintended, biased, or inappropriate results
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM AI-GENERATED CONTENT
  • You will not rely solely on AI outputs for critical business decisions
  • YOU USE AI-GENERATED CONTENT AT YOUR OWN RISK

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

GDPR Compliance: As a service provider operating within the European Union, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and to object to processing.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Services integrate with third-party platforms and providers. You acknowledge that:

  • Use of integrations is subject to the third-party provider's terms of service
  • We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, or performance of third-party services
  • Integration capabilities may change or become unavailable without notice
  • You must comply with all applicable third-party terms and policies

The Services, including all software, content, designs, trademarks, and other materials, are owned by Teamora and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Rights:

You retain ownership of any original content you input into the Services. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process and use your content solely to provide the Services.

User-Generated Content:

You are responsible for all content created using our AI agents and workflows. You represent that you have the right to use any input content and that your use complies with applicable laws.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services with or without notice
  • Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
  • Update these Terms at any time by posting revised terms on our website
  • Provide 30 days notice for material changes via email or our Services
  • Limit or restrict access to certain features

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability or specific uptime percentages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

  • You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us
  • We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease
  • We may delete your account data after termination, subject to our data retention policies

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimers:

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEAMORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Teamora and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content created using our AI agents
  • Any AI-generated content you use or distribute

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union.

Dispute Resolution:

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication first. If we cannot resolve a dispute through discussion, either party may pursue legal remedies through the competent courts in Zagreb, Croatia.

EU Consumer Rights:

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to:

  • Pursue disputes in the courts of your country of residence
  • Access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform
  • Exercise any additional rights provided under EU consumer protection laws
